Delivery & Returns

We know how important it is to receive your gardening supplies quickly and reliably – especially when the weather’s on your side or the season’s in full swing. That’s why we offer next working day delivery as standard.

Delivery Information

  • FREE next working day delivery* on all orders over £50
  • Orders under £50? Just £4.95
  • Order before 2pm, Monday to Friday,
  • for same-day dispatch
    Orders placed after 2pm are sent the next working day

    Working days are Monday to Friday. Bank holidays are not counted as working days, and no deliveries will be made on those days.

    During busy periods, such as spring peak season or promotional events, delivery may take an extra working day – though we’ll always aim to get your order out as quickly as possible.

    *Only applicable to UK mainland addresses. Deliveries to remote or non-mainland UK areas (such as Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, Scottish Highlands and Islands, and Channel Islands) will incur an additional delivery charge of £9.95 and an extra 1–2 days for delivery. Any applicable costs will be shown at checkout.

    Larger orders or bulky items may be delivered via a pallet courier:

  • Delivery takes 2–3 working days
  • The courier will contact you directly to arrange a suitable delivery date
  • Please inform them of any access issues (narrow roads, restricted entry, etc.)

    If your order arrives in multiple parcels, you’ll receive separate tracking details for each part of the delivery.

Returns

You can return any item within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

We’ll guide you through the process and help get things sorted. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Warranty Information

Faulty or Incorrect Goods

If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to make it right. We kindly ask that any faults, damages or incorrect items are reported within 48 hours of delivery. This helps us resolve the issue quickly and fairly.

Please include your order number and, if applicable, a clear photo of the issue when you contact us.

Warranty on Electrical Items

All electrical items purchased from Creation Garden Supplies are covered by a 12-month warranty. If your item develops a fault within this period, we’ll assess the issue and may offer a repair, replacement or refund – at our discretion.

For any warranty-related queries, please get in touch with our support team and we’ll be happy to help.

Damaged, Delayed or Missing Deliveries

If your delivery hasn’t arrived within 5 working days, or something isn’t right, let us know and we’ll get on it straight away.

  • Damaged goods: Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We may request a photo to help process your replacement or refund.
  • Missing items: If something hasn’t arrived, we’ll investigate with the courier and put it right as quickly as possible.

If a delivery can’t be completed due to incorrect address details or missed courier contact, we may need to deduct the delivery and return costs from your refund.
