Planting & Care:

Plant in a position with full sun to partial shade in moist but well-drained soil. Weigela 'Variegata' is tolerant of most soil types, including chalk, clay, loam, and sand. After flowering, prune back the flowered shoots to a strong pair of buds or a lower side shoot to encourage vigorous new growth and a tidy shape.
