Ceanothus 'Cool Blue' is a stunning compact evergreen shrub, commonly known as California Lilac, prized for its profusion of rich blue flower clusters that smother the plant in late spring and early summer. With its neat, bushy habit and small, glossy dark green leaves, this hardy shrub provides year-round structure and interest in the garden. When in full bloom, it creates a striking display that is highly attractive to bees, butterflies and other pollinating insects.

Planting and Care:

Plant in a sunny, sheltered position in well-drained soil. Ceanothus 'Cool Blue' thrives in lighter soils and does not enjoy heavy, waterlogged conditions.
